CPR replaced the roof on my home in Broken Arrow, and overall the job was well done. The reason for the 3* rating is that when the job was being done, one of the roofers (when nailing in shingles) accidentally hit a cooling line of my AC unit in the attic - that caused us to lose the coolant and we had to shut down the AC unit. CPR called us to tell us what happened, and my expectation was that they would get an AC person out to fix that.
