Great store! They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes when I came back to have my cell phone camera glass repaired. So convenient and super friendly :) I'd recommend their services to anyone.

I called late on a Monday evening and spoke to Caleb. He told me to come on in and he would help me. It was right before closing time, but Caleb did not seem frustrated at all with me coming in so late as I might have been had I been in his position! He installed my new battery and showed me the old one and we talked about it a little bit. He also took the time to show me some things on my phone that really really helped me out. I took my daughter's phone in and had screen fixed. It had problems from the start it began ghost typing. I called 20 days after first fix they said bring it in so I did. Guy behind the counter said if you can wait a few minutes I will look at it. He took it to the back came out about 10 minutes later said it's under warranty come back around noon. I left 2 hours later he calls and says no its not covered it's going to cost 250. I complained he said you have to talk to the manager who comes in later. He was very rude and did... read more

Keep in mind when comparing us to Digital Doc that they did your repair with an Aftermarket screen. We use only OEM. We can do the lower quality repair as well but the $250 you mentioned in appropriate for a High Quality Repair. We are also the only folks out there offering Lifetime Warranties. This place is Terrible! I have gotten phones fixed through them. My 275 dollar screen broke in two days in my pocket. Cheap screens very disappointed

I am rating this place a 3 currently. The first time I used them they were great this time it has awful so I figured I would stay at three to give them a chance to fix it. I replaced my screen and speaker and paid $185. Within 24 hours my phone now ghost types and opens random apps on its own. The lady on the phone said bring it in and she would fix it and they guy that helped me when I brought in said if he doesn't see it do it then he won't fix it! Ruined phone "fixing" then the management would not even come out from the back to talk to me. Never never again. Don't risk you phone to them.
