The service was great! The people were very helpful throughout and they were very polite.
My experience at CPR stillwater was great, the guy who helped me was quick to get my phone back to me and less expensive than other places in town. They also gave me a complimentary screen protector seeing that my phone was in need of one ! I'll be back !

This place is horrible.... THEY cracked My screen and tried to charge me for replacing the screen. On top of this, they held my phone for nearly 2 months with the excuse of the supplier didnt have my screen or the date has been pushed back to this date for the screen and the screen still was never in stock... They never call you with an update you have to call them and they just give you the run around. The only positive thing of this was I wasnt charged for the original problem.
Took a month to fix a cracked phone screen, and completely ruined the back casing of my phone. They do not know what they are doing. Did not even offer to refund or fix that damage that they caused. Take your business to TECH ON DECK, on Main St and next to Granny's.
Honesty and integrity. I took my phone in for service I thought I might have needed (battery replacement), and they informed me that no service was needed, so I was not charged. That kind of honesty in a world where everyone is trying to make a buck is invaluable. Will definitely take any future repair here, without any hesitation.
I took my wives phone in for a screen repair now 17 days later we still do not have her phone back and they have told us the phone is no longer fixable. The manger of the store has been very helpful but the district manger( Rodger) needs to man up man up lying to everyone!! We just want our phone back and if it is now broke make things right! I have emailed the main company and we are waiting to hear back from the owner.
CPR has had my phone for 2 weeks and told me time and time again that it is fixed and will be available for pick up. Today after going into the store for the 5th time I was told they where unable to repair it. I took it in to have the screen replace. I will NEVER use this place again!
My phone before looked hideous it now looks brand new �
