Fantastic experience! Had a small crack in my iphone screen. I have a Square Trade Warranty and this was one of the possible repair shops. So happy I happened to select them! Justin helped me and was very patient dealing with a phone call to Square Trade to resolve an issue with my claim number. Pretty upset, I went online to get an estimate and set up an appointment to drop off my cracked iPad. Got to the shop and they said none of their techs were in and unfortunately the function to set up an appointment online doesn't reflect if techs are in that day. Sure, I could have called, but it only makes sense that if they have the online option that it would reflect their availability. Paid for a new lens for my galaxy 7 two weeks ago. Called today to see what the status was and was told they would check into it and call me back. 8 hours later--no response. Guess I'll be in tomorrow
We had our iPad mini fixed. It was a quick fix- had it back the same day!
The clerk (Andrew) helped me with my dead cell phone, did not charge a dime when found out all it needed was a good dusting!, talked me through the notion of a new phone with no pressure to buy anything. Explained well without condescension. I will be back!
Was fairly well pleased with the service, prices and customer service.
Truman was very friendly and helpful. He let me know of a possible problem with my phone repair before starting, which could have tripled the charge. Very honest and forthright company. I will be bringing some of my other equipment in to be looked at soon.
