Took my daughters phone in to get the screen repaired. Everything seemed great when I picked it up at closing time. Got home and went to put her phone in her new otter box case only to find that they broke the back of her phone and didn’t tell me. One of the best experiences I’ve had. Needed my iPhone screen replaced and the guys made it happen within an hour. They were not that busy so things can change depending on how busy they are. Cheaper then Apple for a screen repair out of warranty.
