Received prompt service when we walked in the door! Thought we had a cracked screens on (2) of our Galaxy S6 android phones. Once they peeled back the screen protectors, discovered the only thing cracked were the protectors. They cleaned and applied new ones. Made our day! We are considering upgrading devices with Verizon and CPR provided a very fair quote to purchase our current phones. We highly recommend and will be going back to sell our phones.
