I dropped my less than one year old cell phone screen side down on a hardwood floor. I broke the Zagg glass, the inner screen and the outer screen on my phone. Ishmael (senior tech) determined that the screen was all that I ruined. Luckily my Otter Box protected the rest of my phone. I took my Samsung Galaxy S6 to have a crack repaired in the screen. I had called to know the cost. It wasn't my screen -- it was my protective covering !! Friendly, courteous, honest and I gotta tell you - made my day !! Nice folks, very fair estimates and obviously, very honest !!
Ishmael (senior tech) gave me an honest assessment on my phone that took on pool water and somehow got it running. We were surprised the phone only needed a replaced screen and now it runs like new. Take your damaged phones to CPR before you buy new.
