My son broke his iphone 7 plus screen...again....they provided excellent service with great explanation of cost upfront. I dropped the phone off at 11am. They set expectation it would be done by 1215pm and only 30 mins later, i got a text update the repairs were complete. At a cost of $85 compared to $169 from Apple, it was a fair price.
I was completely satisfied today. I’ve had phone repair done at Apple for the same thing a my price was tripled and it took more than half of the day to repair it. Hopefully I won’t break it again but if I do I know where to come. Your business came highly recommend and I see why Thanks for great service.
I came in with a flickering screen on an iPhone 7s. It was gifted to me. I had understood that the screen had been repaired at this CPR location. Matt did everything possible to determine that the repair had occurred there. But, it apparently, had not. I was satisfied with his diligence and more than happy to pay. That the repair took only 30 minutes was sweet. I will be recommending CPR to others!
good price and quick repairs
The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. The repair time is quick. The price for repair is reasonable. If the repair is for a part that needs to be ordered, you pay half upfront and the rest after the repair is complete. I was very pleased with the service at CPR and would highly recommend them to anyone with repair needs.
