Broke the touch screen on my Wii U gampad although it wasnt actually cracked there was a distortion in the image they fixed it for an amount I though was a bit expensive but they did it quicker than estimated also while there I bought a new glass screen protector for my phone I like an idiot broke it as soon as I lefr the store they replaced it for no charge and even put it.on for me so that was pretty nice!
Do not use the place. Took an iPhone 6 to have cracked screen replaced. They put in an aftermarket screen that does match the Touch ID button. They removed they Touch ID button and replaced with screen that had a non Touch ID button. Caused the phone to have all kinds of problems and wasn't able to do an update to the phone. Had to by a new phone. Stay away from this place they do not disclose this information.
Don't go here..while they do OK repair work, they refuse to own up to their mistakes. When I took my phone in to have the screen repaired, my SD card was fully functional. When I got the phone back, my phone now says the SD card is damaged and will not let me save anything to it or format it. The associates at the store tried to blame the brand of card, but it was a brand new card and worked fine just minutes before I entered their store. Fixed a cracked screen and when issues related to repair arose, manager and staff went above and beyond to restore the phone. They have secured any and all of my future phone repair business. Thanks CPR Turkey Creek!
The guys at turkey creek are excellent, when they could not help me, they did not charge me. Fixed my husband's phone 4 a very reasonable price. Don't understand why people think it's their job to pay you what you think your phone is worth. If the price is too low, say no thank you, and move along.

Awesome customer service and job replacing my ipad2 screen. I was reluctant to have my screen replaced by a non-apple store. However, I went in and was greeted by Andy. He was very confident that he could fix it and he did! He also eased my mind because it is solely used for work, so I was already upset that I wasn't able to use it for the day. They are wonderful techs, as well as customer service friendly! The screen works beautifully and I can't even tell it was ever broken!
If I can give no stars I would you guys are con artist the reason why I say this is my wife had a Electrify M you had it in your store for $155 and you offered my wife $15 for hers and hers was in excellent shape how in the hell y'all can get by with this is beyond me y'all should be closed down for this and another thing I needed a replacement screen 8gb ipod touch and you wanted to charge me $90 plus tax to replace the screen that may be the going rate but I think that is a rip off as well I wouldn't recommend your store t... read more
