Great! Even thought we didn't get the exact results we wanted, Randall at least got my iphone back to the point that it's usable. He really went the extra mile in his attempt to correct my problems.
They have managers Fluff the reviews. Joey Mills is a manager here and is writing 5 star reviews. Hopefully mine will even the playing field.
I've had an iPad screen replaced on 2 different iPads and just recently they fixed my cell phone for free. Always courteous and quick.

warning do not use! my phone was fine for day and now i cant make calls! i want a refund or ill call someone . my new screen chipped off easy and speaker is broken ! and 150 for iphone 6 repair?? the apple store will charge me 99.00!! rip off you guys are and i demand a refund- its been 4 days

SCAM ARTIST, PLEASE STAY AWAY! They will replace your screen with cheap China junk that will destroy your phone, and then refuse to replace/fix it even when they have a warranty. They instead had the nerve to lie to my face and claim water damaged fried my board, shortly after I just had apple care completely disassemble and check my phone. There was no water damage, and apple couldn't replace the damaged screen/board, because they had put junky non oem garbage in there.
