The staff went above and beyond to assist me. I know these fixes aren't always black and white and they did an excellent job getting me back up and running. Renee was super. I will definitely recommend anyone to visit and will return myself.
They charged us for a service they did not complete, refused to return our money, and we still had to buy a new phone. They do not use brand name parts specific to your phone brand but they still charge you as if it were. I hope you have better luck than we did... we had visited that store more than I care to count to resolve pur problem. After our last visit to resolve the issue they said we would not get our money back and they would not fix our phone unless we paid them the over $300 again.
