I had been to CPR located at 1600 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, #2088, St. Peters, MO 63376, with my laptop. They have nothing to test. They took my laptop and after 2 hour they returned me my laptop and when I asked they said they could not find out what the issue is and they have no other things there to test also. If you do not have anything to test for laptops why you guys are advertising for laptop repair. They charged me $35 just for opening the laptop and finding nothing. I will never go there again.
Went in with black screen Samung S5...told it would be over $200 to fix..this without even looking at the phone

We understand your frustration here. Still, our staff is highly trained, and we look at phones with similar issues all of the time. While we try to give an estimate before you hand us the phone, our prices always reflect costs of parts and labor.
My phone wouldn't charge even after I got a new phone charger. I took it here and they cleaned out where I plug in the charger at no charge and my phone charges perfectly now. Thank you!
