Went in to get my glass fixed, and they fixed my home button for me no extra charge
Came in yesterday expecting to need a new charging port. Karen took a look at it and was able to clean it and save me $$$ CPR is great!
I had excellent service there, with Karen!! She was very patient and knowledgeable and her passion for what she does showned!! So if you need some one that is patient try her, I had two others that worked there wait on me and they weren't very patient and act like I was a bother instead of a customer.
Came in with my headphone jack broken off in my phone. I was worried about the part breaking off even more into the phone but the guy at CPR got it out no charge. Excellent place, definietly coming back for all of my future phone repairs.
This place is horrible !!!!! I asked them to order me a receiver back for my phone for WiFi charging . Since my port is broke they told me they would fix that issue to turn around and tell me that if THEY broke my screen during repair I would be responsible for that as well WTH?! I'm sure glad we don't run our company like this. Don't see how they are still open since the staff is not knowledgeable PERIOD!!!! We walk the mall in the evenings and just stopped in to see if they could fix my husband's cell phone because it was not charging. The problem was that it was full of fuzz from shoving it in his pants pocket all the time. She cleaned it out and showed us the pile of lint she pulled out of it. There was no charge. I would definitely go back if we have another problem.
