got switched to another company, yet they still got my payments and have yet to receive my refund. Have called, emailed, dm'd these reps for the last 4 months and get the same run around every week. They keep saying my refund is in the mail. But 4 months later, I still haven't received my money back. #fraud
Tried to pay bill over the phone and was transferred to customer service overseas. Not happy with that at all.
I've been with cpl for 2 years already and it's horrible. I've tried every plan usage with them and try everything I can to save light at home and I still get my bills at 200 or over! Literally never under 200! How is that even possible?!! I tried canceling my services and they put a switch lock to my account so I won't move to any other light company. I got a payment plan but when I give my payments another payment comes in when the month hasn't even been over!!! My bill is up to 406 every month!!!! Nasty light company!!!🤬
I can't have access to my account,i already called in and I was given a username and password but it's still not working
As customers since 2003 living in different places we kept CPL. Last year we had 1-2 outages a month some over 10 hrs at a time. The Texas freeze happened. Outage occurred Monday Feb 15 2 am. We had no power until Thursday Feb 18 in late afternoon. Forced to stay in a near by town, by Thursday all of our pipes busted. No water for days. Threw away two refrigerators full. Plumbers were backed up for over a week. Out Jan bill well over 700.00 for Dec. February bill was well over 500.00 for January. We are just 2 people here. A... read more
