I have been an instructor for years and felt strongly about what a great program and organization it is, until today. I feel totally let down by CPI. CPI let the instructors from my organization down today by backing up our administrators when they are asking us to train people we have no contact with, never see. All they do is “recommend best practices”. Well our administration sees that as, go ahead, we can do it (and not adhere to “best practices).
