I received my NVCI training in 2010 to work in hospitals in Alberta, Canada. Great course, effective strategies and I would like to provide this training for my employees, if possible.

I've been CPI certified before with a previous facility, and am excited now to have just finished the instructor course. It's a great program that really works when it's fully implemented and taught the way it should be.
