Effective techniques for people working in the ID/DD field, specifically being proactive and de-escalating situations before physical intervention is required/implemented.

Dr. Hughes is an amazing CPI Instructor. Her teaching skills are PHENOMENAL! I feel prepared to teach a class with the new material. She was patient when I was having a hard time understanding unit 7. I wish we could get a list of where instructors will be teaching because I would love to sit in her class again.

What an amazing week- We started the week with Gary and ended it with Stephanie. Both were beyond amazing instructors- full of knowledge and meaningful experiences to share. I left the training feeling 100x more confident and really felt validated by both of them when sharing or commenting. Thanks for sharing all the amazing information I get to bring back to my staff members!
