If you have worked with other companies who also provide CPAP devices you will better understand the comparison. We unfortunately had to use Apria, who had the WORST service, you had to go in person to get any service and even then you were made to wait inordinate amount of time. The complaints from others is about insurance prices vs cash prices, unfortunately that is true with ALL medical services. From a pure service perspective I am satisfied snd plan to refer them and continue to use their services.

Nice people who charge 2 to 10 times as much if your insurance pays for it. They screwed up and sent me what they send Blue Cross. $1100 for 4 months of supply? WHAT??? I also second the criticism about believing I was renting the unit (I mean like $300/mo!) Turns out it was a purchase and when it went south after 4 years, I was informed it was out of warranty and offered a refurbished one for $1000. I bought a brand new identical one PLUS a top travel unit and it was aroud $650. This company must be making money hand over f... read more

Do not make business with this company. Worst business ethics and integrity. For the last four months my husband believed was canceling his debt amount. However, now is September and we still receiving balance statements. Every time we call them up to find out what happened, the supervisor insisted is the last payment. We have sent 4 “last payments” and still owe money. So, please be aware, and avoid to be in the same situation.
