I have taken in my CPAP machines which people have given me over time and CPAP direct have set it up according to my sleep study for free. I love that they never push an upsell when they know my machines have been donated, I feel their intentions are to provide the best service no matter what peoples financial situations are. I highly recommend CPAP direct and their staff.
I had a one on one visit with the Sleep Specialist today at Mt Gravatt and the experience was brilliant. The Lady I had the meeting with was knowledgeable and attentive to my lack of understanding. She explained information to me from my Resmed machine report and helped me feel very comfortable with the processes available to me. Thank you.
