we are visiting from michigan and my wife forgot a couple of items for her inogen machine and we are leaving on a cruise and are in trouble. we googled for the items she needed and the first place we had to leave a message, after no return call we looked on and found CPAP Boutique, they answered the phone and were every very helpful, so we ubered over to them and they waited on us right away, we explained we are out of town and they acted like we are going to be there forever customers. First time I visited here, it was a good but lengthy visit with lots of explanation about materials. However, since then I’ve encountered nothing but obscene amounts of wait times, lack of customer service, no website or accurate hours of operation anywhere except pasted on the door, and as I write this, I’m sitting here waiting for a person to manifest after being told via a walkie-talkie that someone will be with me shortly (approx. 30 minutes ago).
