Cozy-up – I've been turning friends on to Cozy's for 6-7 years. The Blues are great at this hole in the wall. National acts and great local bands too. But don't go. There isn't enough room for me and you at the same time.
Imitation – This place is cool -- if you like hanging out with dull old people and paying out the ass for drinks while listening to fake blues music. This place has valley written all over. Costs like $15 to get in the door, too.
Cool and Convenient – This is cool place to go when your looking for something to do on a Friday night. Good atmosphere, not too heavy on the pockets--just good ole food, folks and fun.
Where a classy atmosphere, gritty music jive and blues lovers of all ages and colors mingle. – The Scene Don't let the velvet rope fool you, there are no doormen with over-inflated biceps and egos here. And even better--there's no guest list. The only requirement to get into this low-key venue is a love of the blues. A Great Venue! – I lived in the Valley for years and never stepped foot in Cozy's. Now I live in Hollywood and find myself there often. Probably my favorite Blues Club in L.A. No "scene", just great music in an intimate setting w/ nice, friendly staff. The crowd is a little on the 40 -- 50+ side (neighborhood peeps) but, as I said, there's no "scene" to be made here. casual night out – This is the place to go when you want to listen to live music in a casual atmosphere. The bands are dependable and the appetizers are surprisingly good. The ambience is a little dark and a little passé, but between the music and a couple of cold ones, you won't be bothered to care.
fabulous! – I have to say that a friend & I ended up here one night by chance. We had a GREAT time. Wonderful music & great munchies-A good place to catch some tunes!
