Forgot about me and never delivers even after I called numerous time to confirm. I would burn my clothes for heat before I call them again.
Talked to a gentleman on the phone today to talk about the 1.95 price and how many gallons I would need to order in order to get that price. I was also concerned about if I didn't hit the 150 gallons, what my price per gallon would be. The gentleman was very rude, cutting me off, and saying, "I'm not giving you 100 gallons for that price"...and then proceeded to hang up on me. Sad to say I didn't have such a great experience with Cozy. I called to have my tank filled. Over 150 gal. Had an ad in the paper from the day before that said "mention this ad and get 10 cents off". I mentioned the ad and was assured that I would get he discount. I did not. They charged my credit card the full price. I also asked for a contract to the tune of $200. Was mainly interested in getting my furnace cleaned. Sure, no problem. We'll charge it to your card and the tech will call you in a few days. Never heard another... read more
Filled the online order form... Got contacted within 24 hours.. Scheduled delivery within 48 hours... Great contact with Craig who even texted me because I couldn't talk at the time.. Prices are best in the area.. Will be using again for sure!!!
