the worst company i ever had to deal with..no one answers the phone chats or emails..or returns calls..does this company even exist or is it a scam..really...how do they stay in business when they are so crappy!!! not worth any supposed savings..i will gladly pay more with a real company that is reliable.

I have been trying to call them for 3 days. Voicemail always full, guess they don't need anymore business. Would not recommend them even if they were giving oil away. Poor business practice

Cozy Oil company is not a reliable"family" business. I placed an order for oil delivery early Tuesday morning and was assured that it will be delivered the same day. It is Wednesday and still no oil!!!!! No courtesy phone and I've been calling and leaving messages since Tuesday evening and NO ONE has answered the phone or returned my call!
Their customer service was top notch and their price was the best I found. Had my delivery in one day, would definitely recommend Cozy Oil.
Cozy Oil has consistently been the cheapest oil in the state, and will match any price if they are not the cheapest. Their customer service is second to none as well, I ran out of oil, called them the same day. They not only made it out the same day, they re-started my furnace for only $35. They where in and out in 5 minutes and saved me about a $100 on the delivery and re-start. I am a customer for life!!
Cozy Oil came out the same day as I called and they had the lowest price. Their customer service was great! Cozy Oil is now, and will remain my go-to for oil in the future!
