I've called on Cozy several times for help with various issues with my advanced Geothermal Heat Pump system including issues other much larger HVAC firms couldn't figure out (including the company that installed the system - before I found Cozy). William is very knowledgeable of his craft, he checked out my system and determined it did not need servicing and did not charge me for his service.
My AC unit on the 2nd floor was blowing out hot. I was lucky to find William. He came out and had my unit working in no time. He is friendly and prices are fair.
With the wind chill being so cold it freezes a furnace drain line, it's a wonderful gift to have Will from Cozy be able to help us on Christmas Eve of all days. He took care of another neighbor and came straight to our house later in the evening and knocked out a quick permanent fix for the drain. I highly doubt I'll have anymore issues with my furnace!
