Our furnace went out one evening so I started looking for someone to call the next morning. Then I saw that Cozy Heating & Air was open until 11pm. William was able to come out that evening. He is honest, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He is the only one I will call in the future.
Mr. William came and moved my thermostat he very kind and knowledgeable man . I would recommend him for all A/C work and repair I won’t be calling anyone else.
I've called on Cozy several times for help with various issues with my advanced Geothermal Heat Pump system including issues other much larger HVAC firms couldn't figure out (including the company that installed the system - before I found Cozy).
