Completely incompetent in delivering accurate and complete order. We are 2 months invested in a sectional and chair and after four iterations still have yet to receive a complete and accurate set - we have had missing cushions, wrong cushions, incorrect colored cushions, cushions without covers, covers that aren't the correct size and we still haven't had a resolution.
