Excellent customer service! It was refreshing to have a real person at the other end of the ‘chat’ function to help me with my selection and ensure it would be delivered on time for me. I was on a tight schedule and they were able to get the patio set to me right on time. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Original order was missing a few items but contacted them and they followed up to make sure everything was shipped and we were happy customers. We love our new outdoor sectional. We ordered from another company Wayfair but after waiting weeks after i was supposed to arrive they admitted that it was backordered for months so we cancelled that order and placed order with Cozy Corners.

Received product with a quarter size chip out of the top. Customer service requests pics. I sent a clear description of the photo and they still request multiple pictures. Customer service is slow to respond and poorly organized. For instance, I received a call from their customer outreach requesting a positive review EVEN though my issue had not been resolved.

The damage is caused in Shipping. We are working with the 3rd party vendor to get it replaced. Rest assured we are on your case and will get this resolved asap. Cozy Corner Patios have surpassed my expectations. We looked at Pottery Barn, Patio One, Lowe's, and other big box stores. The quality of our new sectional is amazing - for a fraction of the cost. We could not be happier! Their customer service is second to none too - whether via email, online chat, or by phone. We will definitely be recommending Cozy Corner Patios to our family and friends!

Excellent quality for a reasonable price! The sectional is well made, and the *********cushions are firm and nicely tailored. Very comfortable and firm seating - these cushions will not lose their shape. We had purchased the *******set and two **** Loungers, intending to put the sectional in an L-shape. The pieces are fully modular and moveable, which has been great for entertaining in a socially distant way during Covid! Cozy Corner customer service was helpful and pleasant. Would buy again!

We ordered a Yellowstone set but they allowed us to customize the set to perfectly match our patio space. We’ve been really pleased with the fit and finish of the product. We also got a fire bowl through them which has been great.

Very very happy with my experience with Cozy corner patios! I am obsessed with my sectional, and their customer service was outstanding!!! Completely incompetent in delivering accurate and complete order. We are 2 months invested in a sectional and chair and after four iterations still have yet to receive a complete and accurate set - we have had missing cushions, wrong cushions, incorrect colored cushions, cushions without covers, covers that aren't the correct size and we still haven't had a resolution.
