Im writing this review in the hopes of finding a resolution for my issue with this company.I found ZIPCUSHIONS online I ordered a cushion for a bench that helps my elderly dog get off my bed. I was told it could take up to four weeks. I never expected that it would take 7 weeks for my order to be completed, nor did I dream I would have to put covers on cushions myself. This has been a TERRIBLE experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was sent cushions without covers, so I had to keep them in the house, until covers were sent haphazardly, one at a time, inside out, etc. Horrible experience.

I ordered my cushions in August of 2021 and as of January 3rd, 2022, I have yet to receive them. I spent over $1000 and have emailed them several times and have not received any responses. This place is a SCAM so please beware.

The merchandise is well made however delivery was longer than promised.Delivery service is disappointing as merchandise is left in front of home.Fortunately, I had family members help me bring it to the back patio.

We love our Cozy Corners Patio set! We ordered the Sequoia which fits beautifully on our upper patio. The materials are exceptional, it has held up will against the elements, and the added weatherproof cover has more than stood up against the rainy ******* weather. We have had our set for about two months now and the cushions are still holding up like brand new. No issues with the wicker. The furniture is fantastic, but they didn't send me the cover I purchased with the furniture. When I told them I didn't receive it, they said they'd send it. Then, later, they told me, they were out of covers and were making new ones. They said it would take three weeks to get my cover, but that they would send me the first one they had made. Five weeks later, I hadn't received anything. When I called and told them, they sent me a cover immediately. But, when I received it, I saw it was 3 separate covers, not one to cover th... read more

Very happy with Cozy Corner purchase and customer service. We ordered 7 pc set and like that it can be configured in different ways to fit our deck. Cushions are thick and well made relative to some comparably priced alternatives. Originally found and ordered this same Cozy Corner set through a big online furniture outlet, but had bad service experience and cancelled the order (advertised quick delivery but after placing order was told it would take up to two months).
