We just love eating at the family-owned & run Cozumel Mexican Restaurant in North Salinas! We go at least a couple of nights per month for their generous, delicious dinners & warm, friendly service! Their 3-item combination meal is my favorite: it includes Spanish rice & refried beans & a lettuce salad with Ranch dressing, along with a glass of ice cold Horchata! It's an amazing local restaurant....a little gem that is not to be missed!

I have tried their Chili Verde Dinner with rice and beans plus their chili verde and it was delicious plus their chili verde burrito.
This is the worst restaurant i have ever being into. I hated it the waiter didn't ask me if i wanted the big plate or small plate.And i ordered from the back (small plate) she just assumed i wanted the big plate i left all the beans and rice.
My family members ate dinner there last night for the first time and they were beyond disappointed with their meal. The word disgusting came up a few times. One of them ordered fish tacos and received a warmed tortilla with a piece of fish fillet on it. No nothing else added. That's it! Next they decided to try the fried bananas. My daughter took a bite and spit the soured piece out. They notified their server and asked if they made the fried bananas but the server said they were prepackaged. Now who prepackages bananas?
