asked for a resize, was told no, they damaged the stones in the ring and lied to us about it

Nobody lied to you about anything. If we said no to the sizing, how could we have damaged the stones? I think I know who you're talking about and she was needing to go down several sizes. We simply told her that going down that many sizes increases the risk of the stones coming out. Sorry you're upset, but I don't see how we are at fault of anything wrong or unprofessional here. Hope you have a nice day!
After the way a friend of mine has been treated a week before her wedding, I will never recommend nor will I ever do business here. Unbelievable.
