Unexpected menu, very nice pre fixe selection. As is the case with many Borrego Springs restaurants, servers are not well versed in service industry norms. Hopefully this will change, as food was great.
I love the mid-century architecture and old Hollywood vibe of the hotel. I took my mom for Mother’s Day dinner. We were the only diners: a sign, perhaps? The service here is to be commended; especially Ramon, who was our server. A delight. The food, however, is another story. We both ordered the prix fixe menu.
