A stained glass coyote howls by the doorway of this traditional Mexican eatery. The stucco walls are adorned with Mexican textiles and artwork. Big appetites will love the Macho Burrito, half chicken and half beef, served with red and green sauce. The Relleno De Camarones, a chile stuffed with cheese and shrimp sauteed in garlic, is also outstanding. Margaritas, frozen or on the rocks, come in strawberry, raspberry, peach, melon, coconut and lime.

Coyote's is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Vegas! My friends and I agree. The food is wonderful but our favorite thing is the wait staff! They are such happy men and so funny, they always make us laugh! We always leave Coyote's in a great mood with a smile on our faces! A hidden gem, I highly recommend!
Coyotes is a classic. The decor gives you that traditional vibe. The food is good and the service is excellent. It is also a family friendly place and the waiter talked directly to my kids! We will keep coming back.
We've been looking for a good mexican restaurant since we moved here from Cali. First time here with my family and Gotta say the food & service was Awesome! Will definitely come back again
