A stained glass coyote howls by the doorway of this traditional Mexican eatery. The stucco walls are adorned with Mexican textiles and artwork. Big appetites will love the Macho Burrito, half chicken and half beef, served with red and green sauce. The Relleno De Camarones, a chile stuffed with cheese and shrimp sauteed in garlic, is also outstanding. Margaritas, frozen or on the rocks, come in strawberry, raspberry, peach, melon, coconut and lime.

Coyotes Mexican Coyotes Cafe & Cantina has some pretty good mexican food. Their fajitas and chimichungas are great. It is a little pricey for what you get though. The service there is a little slow on the times that I have been there. Over all they are just like your avergae mexican restaruant nothing really special.
Love This Place If you like Mexican food, you will like coyotes. The chips are fresh and hot, salsa nice and chunky and goes well with the bean dip. Letti at the bar makes the best margaritas. Shredded beef tacos are the best in LV. They use fresh beef and not the canned beef product some other places use. The manager Manny is very hospitable. Very much enjoyed our meal and will be back.
Coyote's Margaritas Coyote's is a nice family Mexican restaurant. It is busy and fun. They have large portions and tasty food, including a couple of vegetarian and healthy options. Great margaritas and a friendly staff. Prices are reasonable.
Would recommend - Delicious! This is a fun place to go with a group. They have authentic Mexican entrees and the service is still good even with a large group. The nachos are a must try if you are looking for something more than chips & salsa.
Above and Beyond for group outings Our team has enjoyed evenings at Coyote's many times in the past and we have always had too many people for them to fit into their back area. Each time, the staff has gone out of their way to make sure they can accomodate us. They have always made it work. Their food is okay, but the staff makes up for it!

The service is amazing, the food is beyond delicious, the staff is incredible and I eat their chips and salsa for breakfast 🤦♀️😁❤
