Took my cats in for just a nail trim. Two dogs started to go after them. I was giving my information and the staff stopped taking care of me to help lady with two dogs, group of people with no animals, answer phones...THEN....took my girls in back and heard cat screaming....I asked if that was my cats and staff at front desk said I don't know. My girls came out terrified!!! May be a good place for dogs, but definitely not for cats!! 😡😡
First visit for my shy 8 year old blue heeler mix. Dr Barenie took good care of her. She didn't even feel her injections. Staff was awesome and pet friendly. They did great, she did great.
Love this place!!! Staff is patient, friendly, kind and very helpful. Will definitely be my new vet!
Took my cocker spaniel in today for a emergency spot. Exceptional service an the staff was so friendly. They made a very nervous mama feel at ease. Dr. Barenie couldn't of been any nicer. Thank you all.
For years, I travelled from Valparaiso, IN to University Park, IL because Dr. Coyne was the ONLY vet I trusted with my giants (DDBs). So excited to start visiting your Crown Point, IN facility. Congrats!!
