I boarded my two girls Annie and Erin. I have never boarded them since we rescued them. I was nervous, but I stopped to inquire and on the spot I was given a tour. I was impressed so I decided to let them stay when my husband and I were on vacation. I called daily to check on them and was given a report. The staff also sent pictures to my on their personal phones due to the lines at the facility were down. They also offer packages to fit your dogs needs! I now can go on vacation and not worry about my girls.
Went there with my dog yesterday. Three ladies at the counter said they'd be right with me nobody else in the building and I still waited 10 minutes to get my dog checked in. Once checked in waited another 45 minutes only to be told after that 45 minutes that is going to be another 45 minutes because the vet was in surgery once I finally got in the vet was nice wonderful I'll give it a second chance but if I have to spend another three hours at the vet I will probably rethink where I'm going to go

I absolutely love Coyne. I take my dog here for vet visits as well as daycare. She gets so excited she can't contain it every time we turn onto broadway. Absolutely love the staff and environment they create!
We use the doggy day care about once a week and our dog just loves it there - he immediately starts wagging his tail and wants to play with everyone he sees - we get photos and updates of him playing and swimming - he comes home happy and tired - the package of 5 for $90 is a great deal and worth every penny!
We just relocated to the area and decided to try out Coyne for doggy daycare. Our dog loves it! They even texted me pictures of her playing and swimming during the day. The staff is so friendly and truly cares about your pet. Looking forward to using all of the wonderful services that Coyne has to offer!
Very disappointed. We brought our dog in for boarding. We paid for the premium package. We were told during their open house that they would up date us on how he was doing and send pictures. We did not receive any feedback from anyone on how he did. We paid the higher fee so they could either give him cuddle time or daycare depending on how he interacted with the other animals. They don't come any better then Dr. Coyne. He is the person that held my hand while I made my baby steps in the world of clinical medicine.
