Dealership would not sale car at advertise price unless you had a trade in. Was trying to negotiate with dealer but they had bad communication between management and sales people. They were still negotiating even after the truck had been sold.
One of the worse car buying experiences we have ever had. Asked specifically about dog hair before we drove over an hour to test drive. The salesman said it was fine. There was so much dog hair on the seats and carpet you could not tell what color the seats were!!! There was also an issue with the alignment. The salesman said they would take care of both issues, but wanted us to sign a purchase agreement before they would do the work. Very attentive
2 hours into our drive to come look at the vehicle, we were contacted and told that since we weren't trading our vehicle in, the new price was $2000 more. It takes a special kind of contorted thought process (dishonesty) to think that this is an acceptable way to perform business. Coyle is yet another reason car dealerships have such a terrible reputation. What a scam.

they had emailed me and said they would send me a video of the truck I was looking at, I send 2 emails back and never received any pictures or video. 3 weeks later they asked if I was still interested in the truck. I once again asked for pictures or a video. 2 days later they responded and said it was sold. I would not buy a car from this dealership.
This guys were incredible very down to earth the vehicle was what I was looking for but was very impressed by the female contact there easy to talk to felt right at home.Great Experience
