I have had no problems with any department and I have used all of them and waiting on service has been quick with a lot of stuff to look at .
I took the rider’s course this Pat weekend it was awesome I want to say thank you to Rebecca and Bill they made it fun. Their experience showed us (the group) a lot We had a great time learned a lot and had a great time riding. I will recommend my friends to go and take the course...i even got a good advice from Bill about getting my motorcycle. Thank you guys!!! ���
I have been to a lot of dealerships around the country. Folks here are the kindest around! Staff in the motor clothing was awesome and helpful. Also, the service was great. They let you go back and watch them work on your bike. Kind of an open door policy. Also, the encourage you to ride anything they have. Guess to sum it up one of the best dealerships around!
Great Service Dept. but steer clear of their HOG Chapter. Nothing but DRAMA.
Everyone was friendly and helpful, always have a great time at the events we are able to attend
RecommendedCox always provide expert and friendly service, yesterday I was in the store to order some lights for my bike and bought a shirt for my wife, service in motor clothes and parts was excellent as always!! Best store in the area for sure
Cox Harley Davidson does all my maintenance and adding goodies I cannot or don't feel comfortable installing. Everytime I have been to Cox I had been a great experience the service department and motorclothes staff are first rate. I live in Winston-Salem and Cox is the only place I take my Road King.
Great customer service and they make you feel like family. One of the best Harley dealers around.
