I called and spoke to Eddie in the service department. I needed some information right away and was driving to St. Louis. Eddie not only listened to my problem but proactively made the problem his own because he understood I was driving. He resolved it within ten minutes. He very easily could've just blown it off. I am on my 3rd Harley. Cox's has been excellent. Any problem I've had has been resolved quickly. The staff has always gone above and beyond my expectations. If and when I decide on another, it will be from Cox's....and those 2018 models are looking pretty good!

I want to sent out a big mIn you to Cox's Suckers ... I mean Cox's Harley Davidson of Asheboro and the lil lying basttard Josh.. the sales man who sold me the bike and lied to me to do it. I still have no rear backrest nor has my wife been able to ride with me in the 4 weeks I have had the bike.
