This office doesn’t answer the phone, you have to leave a message and they call back. (Strike 1) I asked for an appointment with Dr Siddiqui and the person set an appt with “doctor” Cooper who I find out when I get to the office is an Optometrist not a medical doctor.(strike 2) When I arrive for the appointment I ask how long the wait is and they say because of RAIN they are running late. I do not understand why my father was required to be at the hospital for an outpatient procedure at 6:00 am when surgery did not begin until 11:00. Also, my father routinely waits two hours after his scheduled appointment time yo see the dr.
My wife & I love Dr. Siddiqqi! He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He doesn't rush through the appointment and wants to make sure you understand all your options.
Dr. Balyeat saw me on an emergency basis. I found him to be a kind and compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled retina surgeon. He was able to restore the vision in my eye even though the prognosis of the operation was not good. His post-surgical care was second to none. I was able to go on vacation and he went so far as to contact me in another state to see how I was doing! I just don't feel like another surgeon would have done that. I highly recommend Dr. Balyeat.
I was having trouble in my left eye. Two Tulsa eye doctors and one eye surgeon told me that there was nothing that could be done and i just had to get used to it. Dr. Balyeat was recommended to me and he quickly resolved my situation, restoring the vision in my eye. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Balyeat is an awesome physician. He explains and illustrates your vision issue in layman terms. I highly recommend him. His tech was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Front office person needs a course in patient/office relations.
Had a great experience with Dr. Siddiqui, he was very informative and all my questions were answered with great detail. He also calls you after surgery to make sure you’re doing ok. Would highly recommend to all my friends.
He's trying to salvage my vision in my left eye... Let me tell you something: this man is the kindest and most approachable physician I've ever encountered
Dr. Cole has a belief in herself that is not borne out by results. As I was being wheeled into surgery she told me how excited I should be and that my hopes should be up for after surgery. A year later, I am in tears that my surgery wasn’t successful. And she told me she would not repeat the surgery again, which is possible. Dr Cole is an arrogant snob, too who talks down to her patients, which I was going to let slide, if the surgery turned out well, but since it didn’t....
