This was a large commercial reroofing project with structural corrections and full system replacement. They laid out the scope clearly, and the crew remained efficient throughout. The new roof drains properly, looks clean, and solves the long-term issues we were dealing with.
This project involved a complete replacement across a large flat roof with several failing sections. The crew rebuilt the problem areas before installing the new system. The final result looks clean, drains correctly, and clearly reflects better workmanship than what was there before.
The old flat roof on our facility had too many weak points to keep repairing. We approved a complete reroofing project, and Brian kept the scope clear from the beginning. The crew moved efficiently, rebuilt the damaged sections, and delivered a finished roof that looks and performs much better.
