I was happy with this firm in the past, but this time around have been very disappointed in their rate increases which are nothing short of highway robbery (a 60% increase over 4 years). (They know it’s easier to continue for me to work with them than to find someone new.) Their work is solid, but their rates are ridiculous, and they lack transparency and integrity. Very disappointed and am moving my business elsewhere.
