Staff is very friendly and welcoming which is comforting to me and eased my anxiety. Very clean, organized, and professional also. Just got prosthetic today so trying to get used to it but Ocularist did amazing job. Art and science in cahoots! Very interesting!
I cannot say enough good things about this office and all the staff. We have been seeing Elise Cox is a GEM and so his her daughter Peyton! They truly love what they do and those who come in. She has helped my son feel more confident and always makes him feel special! We are so grateful God brought us to this office and will miss them all dearly as we move!!
Living 2 hour drive from Birmingham and having other issues that make an all day trip to and back difficult, I didn’t know which was worse, the trip or living with my prosthetic eye that was in need of cleaning. I called the Office at Cox and was informed that I could mail my eye to them and they would clean and send back. So last week I sent it on Monday via FedEx, they received it late Tuesday morning, cleaned it and shipped it back out that same day. I had my eye back Wednesday and it feels great. Elise did such a great job! The eye took some getting use to, which is normal but it looks and fits perfectly! Thank you!
Dr Cox did an incredible job on my 2nd eye. Her brother made my 1st eye 21 years ago in Atlanta Ga.
