For me to move to another state n call for my kids shot records n tha receptionist tell me she can do it in her down town was very unprofessional.... I also stated what if I had someone to come n and wait on tha shit records she told me they will b there cuz she still would do it in her down time.... That's just lazy n unprofessional....n she still never called back....
