My husband passed away in January. I still do not have final certificates, and upon calling today...the lady basically said I am on my own. I paid for pending ones, and I will gladly pay for final certificates, however this is not an option. This has been a terrible experience.
Cox funeral was amazing. My sweet niece past away at a very young age and it was an extremely difficult time. The funeral was truly a celebration of her life and I’m so thankful for Cindy and her kind staff!
Every person we came into contact with at Cox was amazing. The staff were so sweet and caring. I especially want to recognize Jack Gandy as he truly went above and beyond for our family. We are so grateful for all they did for us in helping create the perfect memorial for my Mimi. I highly recommend them to anyone needing guidance in celebrating a life.
