Horrible service. Very difficult to get simple things done. I moved to las vegas from indiana. I wasnt familiar with the cable companies in this city so i chose cox. I figured how bad could it be. Well needless to say it was very bad. To begin with said they would ship me the digital box for my television and i could hook it up myself well that is a new concept to me. service all the time i had a problem with my cable and called and in 2 minutes my cable was working again they also offer me a deal on my cable bill and i ended up paying $20 less on my bill every month that's what i call service.
Help 24/7 My firewall was flashing and I had no idea what to do. The representative from Cox Internet walked me through and helped me correct the problem in just a few minutes.
Digital Converter with Cox What I like about Cox Communications is their digital converter. I can pause live TV and I can tape one show while watching another. I get quite a bit of recording hours in order to save previously taped shows. The channels will cost you about 40 dollars and the entire package with the digital converter is 50 dollars. It's definitely worth it.
Slow to answer their phones This is our first time to have Cox Cable service. We have had it for approximately 6 months, and I don't know if we'd choose them again. The only reason for that statement is because when we have a problem with our digital cable, I've stayed on hold on the phone for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Then I am "transferred" to someone else because they can't help me. It's like they may be growing faster than they can handle.
Cox Cable I have been using Cox Cable for years and always have positive experience with the company. Wide selection of programs and the cost is very reasonable.
Great service, great product Professional from the start! From my initial phone call to the installation, it was S M O O T H! Very happy, very satisfied for the money and the services
