Terrible customer service, an owner who doesn't even attempt to make things right, incompetent "contract" auto mechanic next door (141 Auto) and a "finance" company (HCAC) that cares about MONEY! DO NOT GO THERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Trust me, they are not worth it. Purchasing a vehicle from them has been the WORST experience. Check the google reviews for HCAC. Cox Auto on Kirkwood Highway is HORRIBLE.
