I would tell anyone that looking for a car do not buy from Cox. So bought a car had it one week. Car will not shift into gear park is drive etc car shut off 5 times in middle of the road! Had to pay tow bill Cox would not help in anyway. Got car To shop. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this place. Check other places that will work with people with no credit or bad credit. I would not never allowed my daughter to go here and purchase a vehicle. The A1 Auto Repair is horrible as well. Ask someone first before purchasing a car. There are so many bad reviews with the Better Business Bureau and on google. I wouldn’t step back in Cox Auto if they was the only auto car place left. Great experience. I am a 2 time customer with Cox Auto. Nice vehicles. Patient salespeople. Awesome repair shop. Daniel A is an awesome salesperson. Very kind and patient, always ready to help and concerned for customers. Great work!
Daniel is the best I called the day before explaining my situation he assured me that if I came in that following day I would leave with a vehicle and I did. I can honestly say he stuck to his word and meant it. If your looking for a car go to Cox Auto and see Daniel.
