Second time calling with a broken garage door, and the second time Kim and Mike came through for me. Thank you for a quick response, a quick fix, fantastic customer service and excellent pricing.
We had been scammed by the previous garage door company. Were told we needed a new spring, which was going to cost over $200, and a few other problems that needed to be fixed. Called Cowtown Doors, turns out we don't need a new spring, and the previous guy fiddled with the sensors so it didn't work properly. Cowtown door fixed all of this for next to nothing! So thankful for them and when we DO need a new spring it's going to be cheaper than the previous company. HIGHLY recommend them!!!
