My father was involved in a wreck and Cowpokes was the towing service called by the police officer who worked the accident scene to tow away the car. They towed the car less than a mile and kept it overnight. The next day, the insurance company picked up the car. That day my father received a certified letter (charged to my father by Cowpokes) stating the amount owed was $300+ and Cowpokes had also put a lien on the car. It’s sad that they are charging my mom $280 to get her vehicle that was stolen last night. She’s on disability from work right now and raising her autistic grandson so she obviously doesn’t have that much money. I will never recommend this company and hopefully the moore police department will quit using them once they realize they are robbing people blind!
