I was very impressed with Michael’s work. I met him at my new home after he finished inspecting it. He sat down with me and walked me through all of the photos he took and explained in detail what he found and what his recommendations were. I am purchasing a 54 year old home. Tina with Remax provided me with 3 names and numbers for the home inspection. After saying a quick prayer for guidance, I called Michael. God puts people in our path. I am thankful for that and that I chose Michael for my home inspection. Michael recently inspected a new construction house for us. Not only was he extremely thorough but he allowed us to be there. That helped us get a better understanding of some of the issues and whether or not they would affect the integrity of the house. Ultimately, Michael’s attention to detail and experience prevented us from being in a pretty bad situation. We definitely recommend his services, and we will call on him again.

Michael did a great job for us. He was *very* thorough, and was very happy to let us tag along on the inspection. He explained issues with us in a way that my husband and I could understand (I don't have any construction experience.). The final report came through within a couple of days. It looked professional, was neatly organized, and easy to read and understand. Saved us from making a $115,000 mistake. Will definitely use again as needed, and refer to friends.
