I called 4 different home inspectors and Mr. Cowley was the only one who answered with professionalism. The moment he answered the phone with “Cowley Home Inspection, this is Michael” I knew I was going to use his services. All the other inspectors answered with “HELLO?”. First impressions mean the most and I’m so happy with services Mr. Cowley provided us with. Mr. Cowley was VERY THOROUGH and took the time to go over the inspection with my dad when I wasn’t able to make it!
Mr. Cowley does an exceptional job. Very thorough, explains things well, and produces great reports that are easy to digest quickly. I used Mr. Cowley for two inspections including one he went out of his way to do on Memorial day for me before my closing date. If anyone asks me for a recommendation on who to use i would refer them to him as well, thanks for the great inspections!
Michael did an excellent job!! He let me walk around with him while he did our inspection and talked me through everything he was doing and explained anything he found. He was very informative and friendly. He also got our report back to us on the same day!
